The Scottish Section of the Institute of Brewing and Distilling invites you to be part of this marvellous, in person, event in Edinburgh. Over the past 40 years, the conference and its community has grown to become the world’s leading collective of scientific practitioners dedicated to the distilled spirits business bringing leading edge, practical science that allows our industry to thrive.
This conference is a celebration of the bonds that exist within our industry and an opportunity to reconnect with each other, rediscover a passion for learning and build new partnerships to deliver the best our industry has to offer now and in the future. For an industry with its very foundations in sociability and learning, it has been too long since we all came together to enjoy discussions and developments for and with our friends from the global distilled spirits community.
